1stWEST Announces New Venture - 1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions LLC

Jerry Oldham, Chairman and CEO of 1stWEST Financial Corporation, is pleased to announce the formation of 1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions LLC, a boutique investment banking company specializing in purchases, sales and recapitalizations in the $10 to 100 million transaction size.

In announcing this new business, Mr. Oldham stated, "I look forward to combining the investment banking background of my partner, Ted Rieple, with my collective experience in banking and corporate finance and the current due-diligence and background investigations business of 1stWEST Financial Corporation.  We are building a unique platform that will provide a 'hands-on solution' for those individuals and companies that are either selling or purchasing a business.   We will also arrange debt or equity capital to expand or recapitalize their business.  Ted and I have a long history of successfully managing, buying, selling and financing businesses," concluded Oldham.
