Jerry Oldham - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Jerry Oldham is co-founder, Chairman and CEO of 1^stWEST Financial Corporation. Mr. Oldham has a broad senior management background in commercial banking and corporate and real estate finance. He frequently serves as a consultant or expert witness in litigation and settlement negotiations involving complex corporate finance, real estate, banking and lending practice issues, having assisted in the settlement of hundreds of lawsuits over the years. Additionally, Mr. Oldham often acts as a consulting team leader to manage the overall due-diligence process on investment decisions for 1^stWEST clients.

Mr. Oldham received his B.S. Degree in Finance and Real Estate from The Pennsylvania State University and his M.S. Degree in Banking and Finance from Colorado State University. He is recognized for his banking research and publications in the areas of commercial loan pricing and profitability analysis and due-diligence. Mr. Oldham is a graduate of the American Bankers Association's Undergraduate and Graduate level studies programs and holds the ABA's Certified Commercial Lender designation. Jerry also serves on the Board of Governors of The Education Foundation of the Commercial Finance Association.

Debbie Allbritten - President and Chief Operations Officer

Debbie Allbritten is a founder, President and COO of 1^stWEST and manages the financial investigations practice area. She has nineteen years of experience in financial background and asset investigations and a broad background in commercial bank operations, corporate and real estate finance, title insurance and fraud investigations.

Ms. Allbritten is a graduate of the Colorado Graduate School of Banking and attended the University of Northern Colorado and the American Institute of Banking.

Kelli Clayton - Senior Vice President / Sr. Operations Manager

Kelli Clayton manages the financial investigations practice in 1^stWEST's Kansas City office which was opened in 1996. Ms. Clayton has significant experience in financial background investigations, banking, operations management and employee career development. Before joining 1^stWEST, she had senior management responsibilities in the commercial banking industry.

Ms. Clayton attended Wichita State University and the American Institute of Banking.

Sue Bury - Vice President / Marketing

Ms. Bury's responsibilities at 1^stWEST include the marketing of 1^stWEST products and services and coordination of public relations and advertising programs. Prior to joining 1^stWEST, Sue was President of a public relations company in Denver, where she developed and managed targeted communications programs and national public relations campaigns for clients, challenging her to build national brand awareness for their products and services. Sue's insight and marketing savvy garnered her other key executive marketing and sales positions with successful, high profile companies in diverse industries over the past 18 years.

Sue holds a B.S. Degree from The University of Iowa.

Earl David - Vice President / Corporate Development

Earl David is 1^stWEST's Vice President / Corporate Development. His responsibilities at 1^stWEST are corporate client relationship development and related technical infrastructure operations. Earl has extensive technology sales, marketing, account relationship management and operations experience in the commercial lending industry.

Prior to joining 1^stWEST, Earl has over 25 years of diverse experience as a technology professional in the financial services industry with particular emphasis on executive level relationship management, project management, software development and outsourcing management. He has extensive experience in all phases of project planning and third party interfaces, networking hardware/software and contract negotiations.

Ron Montgomery - Vice President / Western Region Manager

Ron Montgomery is 1^stWEST's Vice President / Western Region Manager. Ron is cultivating relationships with corporate finance professionals and marketing 1^stWEST's premier background investigations products.

Ron has over 25 years experience as a middle market corporate lending executive and was most recently the National Underwriting Manager for Guaranty Business Credit ("GBCC") which he joined in 2001 after GBCC's acquisition of a loan portfolio from FINOVA Capital. While at FINOVA, Ron held positions of increasing responsibility including National Underwriting Manager, National Marketing Manager and National Business Development Manager where he and his team sourced, underwrote, documented and closed approximately one thousand transactions, including several hundred leveraged buyouts.

Ron is active in numerous trade organizations including the CFA, TMA, LAVA and ACG and holds a B.S. Degree in Finance and Management from the University of Southern California.
